PFC Instructor Spotlight: Patrick Burke  Pat Burke has been a valued member of the PFC Team for over 12 years. He possesses a broad degree of military, security and law enforcement experience, which is evident in everything he contributes to PFC Training courses and special events. Pat has been deployed multiple times with the United States Army earning commendations and decorations for his actions. Pat served during Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada in 1983. He also served during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2009. PFCrossFit Athletes Win Big at the Nevada Police & Fire Games  Congratulations to all of the Progressive F.O.R.C.E. CrossFit athletes who competed in the Nevada Police and Fire Games CrossFit Event on Saturday, August 11th. PFC had a strong showing and our athletes represented well! In the Women’s Police and Fire Division, Melodie DePierro won the Gold Medal with first place overall and Ann Taylor took the Silver Medal with second place in the same division. Two more Gold Medals went to Julie Smith who finished in first place in the Women’s Masters Division and Mike Springer who took first place in the Men’s Masters Division. In the Men’s Open Division, Joe Lunghofer finished in third place while Steve Krystek, Bryan Altieri, Matt Schaefer, Caleb Cline and Kenny Lopera all finished in the top 15. Excellent work to all of the athletes and a big thank you to everyone who came out and showed support.
