Romeo C. picking up chicks at class again…

At Progressive FORCE CrossFit, we have athletes that come from various backgrounds. A majority of those backgrounds are Police, Fire and Military. Those members require a fitness level that gets tested on a daily basis. We use Kettlebells as one of the tools to prepare members for the challenges faced in their line of work because of the dynamic strength and conditioning benefits they provide. Jeff Martone is the founder of Tactical Athlete and he is also the Lead Instructor for the CrossFit Kettlebell Certification Course.
