Protective Physical Defense (PPD) – Las Vegas, NV

Course Overview

Protective Physical Defense is a one-day course providing agents with proven de-escalation skills and strategies and physical defensive skills to handle worse-case protective scenarios. Students will learn both individual and team-based tactics as they apply to third-person/principal defense. Training includes Modern Use-Of-Force Doctrine, Physical Defense in Protective Operations, Executive Protection Situational Awareness, Verbal Skills & Confrontation Management, and Code 4 Concepts Control Tactics.

Enrollment: Open to active security professionals, law enforcement, the Department of Defense, government agencies, eligible government contractors, and approved civilians with a security industry affiliation.

Pre-requisite: Approved prior commercial or occupational handgun training.

Course Fee: $300/per student

• DEADLINE – Rentals and ammo MUST be purchased NLT 2 days prior to the course beginning.
