EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM–INITIAL TRAINING (ERT-IT)

This five-day certification program includes three days of handgun skills training, two days focused on security saturation and crisis response tactics, and scenario training. The first three days of training, Module 1, are tailored for armed security officers who are expected to carry a handgun while performing their duties. The training involves classroom instruction, practical drills on the range, and assessment methods designed to evaluate individual knowledge, safety, and proficiency with a semi-automatic handgun.
