
Chris Fraser
Director, Defense Programs
Chris Fraser brings to PFC over 20 years of military and combative training experience, with the majority of his time spent in the special operations.
Chris began his career in combat search and rescue (CSAR) where he was a combat gunner and instructor. He then transitioned into the Special Tactics/CCT community where he served multiple roles and responsibilities to include: Team Sergeant, Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) Instructor, Demolitions Supervisor, and Combat Dive Supervisor. Chris was also responsible for the development of squadron level TTPs and SOPs, in addition to the research and development of emerging technologies. During deployment, Chris was additionally tasked with training foreign partner military and law enforcement forces.
Chris is a highly decorated combat veteran having received multiple awards and letters of commendation for his actions under fire. Chris deployed on multiple combat missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. During these and other Direct Action missions, he worked closely with special operations units from the US Navy, US Army, and US Marine Corps.
Chris has attended numerous commercial and government sponsored training programs throughout his career. His multi-disciplinary educational approach has diversified his combat application KSAs in the areas of weapons, tactics, special warfare, covert operations, protective operations, close air support, and multiple instructor certifications. Additionally, Chris has over 30 years of combative martial arts experience.
Chris is a Senior Instructor for PFC Training specializing in weapons and tactical operations. He also supports PFC Safeguards protective operations as a Protection Agent assigned to personal security details and special projects.
