Course Overview

Protection of residential properties presents unique challenges that require a tailored approach for both the security agent and
the client. This one-day course covers the foundational principles of residential protection, including the importance of clear
policies, effective command and control, and best practices for addressing common security issues. Participants will gain the
expertise needed to ensure security, trust, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and comfortable
environment for the client.

• Access and Escort Protocols
• Package Deliveries
• Routine Operations
• Threat Conditions
• Emergency Sheltering/Evacuation

A certificate of attendance will be issued for this course.

Enrollment: Open to active security professionals, law enforcement, the Department of Defense, government agencies, eligible government contractors, and approved civilians with a security industry affiliation.

Student Equipment:

Laptop & charger or note taking materials.
