Senior Staff Instructor
Sean Lethbridge serves as one of PFC’s high speed, evasive and tactical driving instructors. He is responsible for instructing Police, Security and Private Protection Officers in both classroom and practical applications of all driving methods including High Speed Pursuit driving, the P.I.T. Pursuit Intervention Technique, Ramming, Blocking, Off-road driving, Slow Speed Maneuvers, Evasive Action, Tactical and parking. He also is responsible in the creation of an assessment and instruction program for a PFC Client on hiring and training drivers.
Sean’s professional history began in 1990 where he become both a Police Officer and driving instructor for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Sean also served a part time coach at SpeedVegas where he instructed a 30-minute class on track driving skills and would ride alongside while the students put their skills to the test in a variety of exotic cars. In addition to teaching, Sean is a driver for Chrysler where he is responsible for driving and protecting VIP Clientele during their stay in Las Vegas.
With over 800 hours of training in vehicle dynamics and accident reconstruction in various schools such as Northwestern University, Sean has proved himself highly qualified for the job. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1989, he went on to complete 120 hours of a Defensive and Pursuit Driving Instructor certification course with the Las Vegas Metro. In 2013, Sean earned his Level 1 Advanced Driving Theory and Practical Application with Ron Fellows Performance Driving School.
