DESCRIPTION:Protective Operations Supervisor Training is an intensive 1-day course designed for security managers\, team leaders\, and anyone responsible for personnel assigned to protective services.  This fully-loaded professional supervisor’s course is unlike any training currently available in the industry.  POST aims to expand leadership knowledge\, skills\, and abilities for the real world and help develop supervisory personnel for increased responsibilities.  Course subject matter includes leadership principles\, maximizing your people\, organizing operations\, best practices for scheduling\, day-to-day management & quality control\, 360-degree communications\, documentation and reporting\, performance evaluations\, progressive discipline\, common battles & mitigation strategies\, managing special events\, crisis management\, and training plan development exercises.
