DESCRIPTION:  \nRed Dot Handgun is a 5hr course designed to help students transition from traditional iron sights to a Red Dot Sight (RDS) mounted handgun. This five-day certification program is approved for training by multiple Federal Government\, state\, and corporate organizations and is the only major university-accredited protective services training program in the United States. \n  \nPSOC consists of (2) two training modules: Protection Agent Development (four days) and Protective Pistol Skills (one day). \n  \nProtection Agent Development (PAD) teaches contemporary skills for low visibility personal security in permissive to semi-permissive environments where a low to moderate threat exists. This highly academic and practical application-based training course creates a comprehensive and balanced foundation for prospective or current members of protective details. The subject matter comprises the most progressive and relevant doctrine for individuals seeking instruction in new EP practices. \n  \nProtective Pistol Skills (PPS) is the weapons-centric component of PSOC and is entirely range-based. This format allows students to focus on the safe and practical use of a concealed handgun during protective operations. Students will learn individual and team-based firearms tactics as they apply to third-person/principal defense. \n  \nThe primary goal of PSOC is to educate and train those tasked with protective operations professionally. Regardless of background or current assignment\, students are trained to operate as a team. It is critical that protection agents exhibit professionalism\, demonstrate fluid proficiency\, and act with confidence in their abilities. To achieve and enforce this\, students are held to a high standard and expected to perform during training. This is a certification course where various forms of testing and evaluation are utilized to measure the requisite knowledge\, skills\, and abilities for graduation. Attendance does not guarantee completion. Protection Agent Development (Module 1) and Protective Pistol Skills (Module 2) may be taken separately if desired. DESCRIPTION:REGSITER AT C4CPJJ.COM  \nC4C Police Jiu-Jitsu Level Two (09/09-12/2024) – $1125.00/pp \n\n\n\n\n\nDeveloped by some of the foremost LE Instructors in the field\, C4C PJJ is a complete Law Enforcement Control & Defensive Tactics system based on achieving reasonable LEO outcomes of Control and then Custody. Our courses are not simply Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) lesson plans relabeled as “LEO Training.” Our Level 2 course is designed to improve and build upon material covered in our Level 1 course and further develop an Officer’s confidence\, capability\, control\, and compassion for subjects that they may have to use force on. \nAs part of each C4C PJJ course a “Game Plan” or Course Curriculum for that Level will be provided that can be used as an Agencies’ sole Control & Defensive Tactics (DT) Curriculum or may be used to supplement an Agencies’ existing Use of Force curriculum. \n  \nLevel 2 Course Eligibility:  \n\n\nLevel 2 course candidates will have completed a C4C PJJ Level 1 Course and continued to train PJJ on a consistent basis for at least one year following their Level 1 Course and/or have a current PJJ Rank of Level 2 or higher. Candidates with a PJJ rank of Level 2 or higher automatically qualify\, and prior Level 1 students will be given strong consideration. Best candidates will also have a BJJ Blue Belt (or very close to one) or the equivalent. Prior experience which would also be considered includes varsity level or collegiate wrestling experience\, amateur/pro MMA experience\, ranked belts in other grappling arts (i.e Judo)\, military combative systems\, and Gi or No Gi BJJ Experience.  Although not required\, best candidates will have LEO and private BJJ Coaching experience. Students with extensive training\, coaching and LEO experience may be graded out higher by C4C PJJ Instructors at a Level 2 course upon completion. Students who complete a Level 2 Course\, but have limited PJJ or BJJ experience coming into the course\, are not guaranteed to be graded at a Level 2 or higher by PJJ Instructors. Those students may still receive a certificate of attendance for the course and a rank certificate recognizing a Level 1 PJJ rank. Students with no prior PJJ or BJJ experience maybe better suited to find a PJJ Level 1 Course as opposed to a Level 2 course. Completing Level 2 or higher will authorize students to attend advanced C4C PJJ coursework (Level 3-5) in the future. Students are encouraged to use the curriculum from the training to instruct other Officer’s within their department. DESCRIPTION:Despite the proliferation of concealed carry weapon licenses being issued for responsible citizens or security professionals\, none of these programs teach or train the end user to work with and from a covered weapon. Off-duty or plainclothes law enforcement officers do not receive adequate training from their agencies regarding carrying and drawing concealed weapons. Combative Concealed Handgun (CCH) is a one-day program designed to teach the necessary skills to safely carry and dynamically present a handgun from concealment during use-of-force encounters. Students will be taught different techniques for deploying their handguns from various concealed carry methods and positions. Topics covered will include wardrobe selection and modification\, support equipment\, legal considerations\, use of force doctrine\, methods of concealment and deployment\, progressive handgun skills\, intensive concealed weapon drilling\, and unconventional tactics for accessing and fighting with a concealed handgun.
