Course Details

In the grand scope of missions undertaken by tactical teams and special units, few present as many complexities and involve greater risk than the Hostage Rescue.  Timelines vary from painstakingly slow and arduous to breathtakingly fast in an instant.  And skills that require the greatest of care under ordinary conditions need to be performed with precision, on demand against a most non-compliant actor.  Through PFC’s Hostage Incident Resolution Tactics course the principles & dynamics of the incident (from notification to resolution) will be explored in-depth at a demanding pace.  Training includes hostage incident dynamics & management, case studies and incident debriefs, daytime and nighttime live-fire weapons skills, indoor/urban operations & CQB, outdoor rescues, force-on-target, and force-on-force evolutions, and full mission profile exercises.
